Callem provides an automated missed call text-back service that sends SMS messages to callers when you miss their calls. Our service includes AI-powered voice assistants, automated text messaging, conversation management, and related features designed to help businesses never miss a customer.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk messages
  • Harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including TCPA and messaging regulations
  • Transmit any malicious code or interfere with our systems
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Collect personal information without consent

5. Messaging Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your use of our text messaging services complies with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and carrier guidelines. You must have proper consent from recipients before sending messages and honor all opt-out requests promptly.

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

Callem and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the service, including all software, designs, and content. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Callem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before any material changes.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
