When you call a business using Callem and they miss your call, you may receive an automated SMS message letting you know the business received your call. By calling a business that uses Callem, you consent to receive this follow-up text message.

  • Message Frequency: Typically one message per missed call
  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that business
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@callem.us
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply

We do not use your phone number for marketing purposes. SMS messages are transactional in nature, relating directly to your attempt to contact a business. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For more information about our SMS practices, visit our SMS Consent page.
