Service Description: Callem provides automated SMS follow-up services for businesses. When you call a business using Callem and they miss your call, you may receive a text message letting you know the business received your call and will get back to you.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from that business.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your call activity with businesses using Callem. Typically, you will receive one message per missed call.
